Everyone of us has been through the situation when you meet someone who doesn’t speak a language you know. In the absence of a friend who knows both the languages, the situation becomes even worse. The iPhone app called Converse is about to change the situation.
The application turns your iPhone into a double ended instant messaging language converter. The application allows two users to type from both ends of the phone and displays the translated version on to the other person. The application supports conversion of 51 languages and typing in English, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Thai, Czech, Hebrew and Ukrainian scripts.
Two people typing on the same phone from different ends may look weird to some people, but atleast its better than those gestures creating wrong meaning in different cultures. At £1.79, it is a must have application for those who often travel abroad and those who like meeting new people from different cultures.
